Gladis House Cleaning Services began with a simple goal: to provide dependable, detailed house cleaning with the personal care every home deserves.
Gladis started the business by personally cleaning homes and building relationships with her clients one home at a time. Her attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to providing quality service led many clients to recommend her to their friends, family, and neighbors. Through those referrals, the business continued to grow.
Today, Gladis House Cleaning Services has grown into a team of 10 dedicated professionals serving families throughout South Orange County. Although the company has grown, our approach remains personal. We believe consistency, trust, attention to detail, and good communication are essential to providing a cleaning service our clients can feel comfortable welcoming into their homes.
Many of our clients have trusted us with their homes for years, and we are grateful that so much of our growth has come through their recommendations. Hi, I’m Gladis, founder and owner of Gladis House Cleaning Services. What began with me personally cleaning homes and building relationships with clients has grown over the years into a team of 10 dedicated professionals serving families throughout South Orange County.
Even as the business has grown, I remain personally involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. I care deeply about the quality of our work, the relationships we build with our clients, and making sure they feel comfortable and confident with the team caring for their home.
To me, this business has always been about more than cleaning. It is about trust, consistency, attention to detail, and treating every home with care and respect. I am incredibly grateful for the clients who have supported us, recommended us to their friends and families, and trusted us in their homes throughout the years.
Recurring House Cleaning
Our recurring cleaning service is designed for clients who want to keep their home consistently clean and well maintained. We offer weekly and biweekly cleaning based on your household’s needs and our availability.
Consistency is very important to us. Whenever possible, recurring clients are scheduled with the same cleaning team so the team can become familiar with the home, the client’s preferences, and the details that are important to them.
Initial / Deep Cleaning
For most new recurring clients, we recommend beginning with a detailed initial cleaning. This allows our team to give the home the extra attention it may need before beginning regular maintenance cleanings.
Initial and deep cleanings are more detailed and generally require additional time compared with recurring maintenance cleanings. The amount of time needed depends on the size, condition, and specific needs of the home.
Move-in or Move-out
Whether you’re preparing to move into a new home or getting a home ready after moving out, we offer detailed cleaning services to help leave the space fresh, clean, and ready for its next chapter.
Because every move-in and move-out cleaning is different, we evaluate the size and condition of the home to determine the time and service need
One time Services
Need help getting your home back in order without committing to recurring service? We also offer one-time cleanings based on availability. We’ll discuss your home and cleaning needs beforehand so we can recommend the appropriate service.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Just finished a remodel or construction project? Let us take care of the final cleanup. Our detailed post-construction cleaning helps remove construction dust and residue from surfaces throughout the home, leaving the space clean, fresh and ready to enjoy.

SERVICES WE OFFER
Initial Services
We do all of the regular cleanings, plus we move light furniture to be able to clean behind, below and above them. We remove spider webs, finger or hand marks from doors, light switches and walls. We also clean the baseboards and fans.
Kitchen
All kitchen glass, finger or hand marks. All cabinets on the outside, no matter how high they are, the refrigerator on the outside and above, the microwave inside and out. If you want the refrigerator and oven inside is extra.
Bathroom
Very well cleaned and disinfected, behind toilets, the walls around them (also removed the lids to clean well). We wash the counters and clean everything in the counters (as far as possible). We clean the lights or lamps, walk-in closets (shake and vacuum, too). Brush the showers (hard water, calcium), the floors mopped by hand and if necessary with a brush as well.
Bedroom

Do you offer weekly and biweekly cleaning?
Yes. We offer weekly and biweekly recurring house cleaning based on availability. We believe consistency is important, so whenever possible, recurring clients are scheduled with the same cleaning team.
Do I need an initial cleaning before starting recurring service?
For most new recurring clients, we recommend starting with a more detailed initial cleaning. This gives our team the additional time needed to properly clean the home before transitioning to regular maintenance cleanings.
Will I have the same cleaning team?
Consistency is very important to us. Whenever possible, recurring clients are assigned a regular cleaning team that becomes familiar with their home and preferences. Occasionally, changes may be necessary due to illness, vacations, scheduling needs, or other unexpected circumstances.
How many people will clean my house?
Our cleaning teams typically consist of two cleaning professionals. Team size may vary for larger or more detailed cleanings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients are not home while we clean. We can arrange access instructions with you in advance so our team can safely enter and secure your home when the cleaning is complete.
Do you change bed linens?
Yes. We are happy to change bed linens when requested. Simply leave the clean sheets out for our team.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our teams arrive with the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to perform the service. If you have a specific product you would like us to use in your home, please let us know in advance.
Do you clean inside ovens and refrigerators?
Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning may be available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can allow the appropriate amount of time for the service. This service may be subject to an additional charge.
