About Gladis House Cleaning
Before housecleaning, I worked as a nanny and I observed how other people didn’t do a very good job of cleaning. Some areas were left untouched and floors were not well mopped. There was a lack of effort and work ethic, yet these companies charged a large amount of money for incomplete work. Seeing all this motivated me to start my own cleaning business and do those things that I saw others didn’t do.
I have always believed that people deserve to get what they pay for. I started cleaning houses on my own and my customers were very satisfied with my work. They saw the difference between my service and other cleaning services. I started to get referrals and my business grew. Now I have 3 people working for me.
My business keeps growing because I love my job and I love my employees. I believe that this makes a big difference because my employees feel respected and, as a result, they do a good job.

Gladis Life
Gladis is the wife and mother of two children, a boy of 19 and a girl of 17. She likes to be always active. her qualities are to be honest and always try to help whenever she can to who needs it.

We do all of the regular cleanings, plus we move light furniture to be able to clean behind, below and above them. We remove spider webs, finger or hand marks from doors, light switches and walls. We also clean the baseboards and fans.
Kitchen
All kitchen glass, finger or hand marks. All cabinets on the outside, no matter how high they are, the refrigerator on the outside and above, the microwave inside and out. If you want the refrigerator and oven inside is extra
Bathroom
Very well cleaned and disinfected, behindtoilets, the walls around them (also removed the lids to clean well). We wash the counters and clean everything in the counters (as far as possible). We clean the lights or lamps, walking closets (shake and vacuum, too). Brush the showers (hard water, calcium) the floors mapped by hand and if necessary with a brush as well.
Bedroom
If necessary we can change sheets only if they leave the clean ones on the bed (we do not do laundry) we clean lamps, baseboards, fans, finger marks of walls doors and switches, under the beds (where it is possible), we make the possible in moving light furniture (if possible).

Do you have laundry service?
No, we do not.
Do you change bed sheets?
Yes. Just leave your clean sheets on the bed and we will gladly change them for you.
How many people will be cleaning my house?
Usually between 2-4 people depedning on the size of the house and the amount of work needed.
How do you contract your employees?
All employees are referred by the owner’s family and friends, they are well known by people the owner knows personally.
Can I trust you with my house keys?
This is completely up to you. We have great references that will back our trustworthiness, but it is completely your decision. We will work with whatever you decide.
Will my dog be a problem?
We love dogs! However, while we work, it is better to keep them in a safe place and out of the way. This ensures there are no accidents concerning your dog (such as accidentally hitting them or tripping over them,etc.)
Do you wash or put away dishes?
Not usually, but we do wash occasional dishes left in the sink if there’s not too many. Since we don’t know where dishes go, we prefer not to put them away. We prefer to use our time cleaning.
Do you clean oven and refrigerator interiors?
This is not included in the routine cleaning, but if you give us a week notice, we will gladly do it for an extra charge.
Is it the same people that will clean my house?
Usually yes. We do not change personnel unless there is an emergency (such as sickness or accidents). It is rare, but it does happen occasionally that we need to use a different person.
Is the work supervised by the owner?
Generally yes. My number one priority is customer satisfaction. On occasion; I may have a trustworthy supervisor check the work, but for the most part, I am there to supervise.
Do you clean windows or glass?
We do clean them from the inside when there are noticeable fingerprints and marks. We usually don’t clean on the outside, unless it’s a sliding glass door or an easily accessible window.
